My name is Amaya Spencer and I am the owner and sole operator of Wink & Ink, LLC. Some things I'd like to share so you can get to know me. I am a single Mom of 2 teenagers, a toddler, and the sweetest French bulldog. (My Frenchie frequents my studio with me ♥️ ) I am a Licensed Esthetician and a Certified Lash and Permanent Makeup Artist. I started in this industry as an esthetician wanting to specialize in skincare treatments because I have personally struggled with acne most of my life. As I've been learning through my skin, I found that I also have a passion and creative ability for eyelash extensions, and making brows beautiful through waxing, tinting, and lamination. I've decided to perfect one craft at a time, so skin treatments (and other services that aren't currently on my menu) will be coming in the future, announcements will be made, so stay tuned. ****My Goal**** There are a lot of salons to choose from that offer eyelash extensions as an added service, but I specialize in them! I can proudly demonstrate an outstanding level of quality in application and I only use the highest quality and premium products to achieve beautiful, long-lasting results. I carefully select the proper weight and length for each person and intricately isolate each extension placed so that my clients may wear their extensions indefinitely without the worry of damage. The health of natural lashes is my top priority and I also strive for comfort! I want my clients to enjoy their experience in my studio, and I am constantly finding new ways to enhance my studio appearance, experience, as well as my routine to make things as comfortable as possible for everyone. ****My Technique**** Tucked away in a private studio, I approach each client's lashes with a unique lash design and a customizable lash experience, so that my clients can be rest assured that their lashes will be safe, beautiful, and perfect to fit their style. Protecting my client's natural lashes is my biggest concern. I only use pharmaceutical-grade adhesive which never comes in contact with my client's skin. I apply each eyelash extension one by one, about 1mm away from the skin to avoid eye irritation. I was well-trained and have all the certifications I need to ensure state compliance with sanitation and safety procedures as well. I always try to give my clients more than what they expect to get. ****My Style**** Although I'm capable of doing all lash styles, I specialize in wispy/textured lash extensions. I love creating texture to make the extensions look feathery and fluffy. I also tend to like more of a natural-looking lash set, in terms of length and volume. I don't prefer to use extremely heavy or long extensions, as I believe they are damaging to the natural lash health. I generally don't offer lash lengths past 18mm. I offer colored lashes, lash decals, lash jewels, and glitter lashes. Please text me before your appointment to ensure I have the color you're hoping for. I usually have blue, purple, brown, pink, glitter blue, glitter pink, glitter purple, and glitter gold on hand. **What to Expect** As your lash artist, clients can expect precision, attention to detail, and a personalized experience to enhance their natural beauty. I prioritize your comfort and satisfaction, ensuring meticulous application and the use of high-quality products for stunning, long-lasting results. Open communication about preferences and aftercare is key for a positive lash extension experience. Upon your arrival, I ask that you please remain in your vehicle and text me once you've arrived and I'll let you know when I'm ready for you to come up.(719-287-1176) You may also wait in the waiting room that is provided for guests upstairs. This is to ensure that my previous guest's service is not interrupted. Before your lash appointment: -I do ask for everyone to please come with clean eyelids and lashes, this applies to new and existing clients, and should happen before every appointment. (I will gently cleanse your lashes but I do try to spend the majority of our time together applying lashes) -I ask that you refrain from the use of any oil products on or around your eyes before or after your appointment. Oil and oil-based products are not recommended for facial use while wearing lash extensions. -Please shower before your appointment to help avoid getting the extensions wet for the first 48 hours. -Please expect to have your eyes closed throughout your appointment, and understand that you will only be able to open your eyes once I've advised it's safe to open. This could be up to 3 hours depending on the type of appointment you are scheduled for. -It is recommended to come in before receiving a full lash service to receive patch testing to avoid any adverse reactions. (This can be booked online under lash consultation, takes 15 minutes, there is no fee for this by the way) The exception would be someone currently wearing lash extensions at your own risk. -Please communicate with me before your appointment to inform me of any health conditions you may have or medications you are on to avoid adverse reactions to receiving lash extension services. Also please communicate any allergies you may have. -I respectfully request that you please don't bring small children or babies with you to your appointment, as my priority is to provide you with the best service and results possible in the dedicated time we have scheduled for your appointment. -If you have lost more lashes than usual by your next appointment you will need to book additional time for me to fill you in completely. Cancellation Policy

-- LASH FILL POLICY: *To qualify for a 1-week lash extension fill, I require that you have at least 70% of your extensions still attached; anything less than 70% will be charged as a 2 or 3-week fill, or as a full set if less than 40% are remaining. 1-hour service Classic, Mixed, Volume *To qualify for a 2-week lash extension fill, I require that you have at least 50% of your extensions still attached; anything less than 50% will be charged as either a 3-week fill or a full set if less than 40% of your extensions are remaining. 1 hour & 15 minute service Classic, Mixed, Volume *To qualify for a 3-week lash extension fill, I require that you have at least 40% of your lash extensions still attached; anything less than 40% will be charged as a full set. 1 hr & 30 minute service Classic, Mixed, Volume *To qualify for a 4-week lash extension fill, I require that you have at least 40% of your lash extensions still attached; anything less than 40% will be charged as a full set. (4-week fills are not recommended) 1 hr & 45 minute service Classic, Mixed, Volume -- FOREIGN LASH FILL POLICY: - This is for clients who already have lashes applied by another lash artist and want a fill done by a different artist (me). I am not liable for the lashes or lash extensions that are already on your eyes. To qualify for this service, I require that you have at least 40% of your lash extensions still attached; anything less than 40% of extensions remaining will be charged as a full set or rescheduled. I require a photo of the current state of your lashes to be sent to me via text no later than the day before your scheduled appointment at 719-287-1176. If this photo is not provided at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged a 50% cancelation fee. I will access the current state of your extensions to the best of my ability to try and set the expectation of your service being a foreign lash fill or requiring a full set. This is needed to determine the amount of time we need for the appropriate service. Anticipate a 2 to 3-hour service. -- CANCELLATION POLICY: Please give me at least a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid being charged 50% of your expected appointment fee which will be charged to your card on file (or invoiced to you). The cancellation fee will need to be paid before your next appointment with me. *Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of your scheduled service price and this will need to be paid before being able to book with me again. Please contact me on my cell phone via text at 719-287-1176 or call me to reschedule/cancel. Thank you for your understanding. -- LATE POLICY: Please send me a text at 719-287-1176 if you're running late so that I know if I should still expect you. If you are late to your appointment, I will not be able to exceed the original time scheduled for your appointment to accommodate you in consideration of my next client. Unfortunately, a discount will NOT be provided for a shorter appointment, and you will be required to pay the full price of the original scheduled appointment. If you desire additional lashes to be applied due to a shorter appointment time being required, then you will be required to book an additional appointment and you will be charged the full service fee for that service. If you're going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to be rescheduled. If you're running late and haven't contacted me, I will contact you through text at the number you've provided me. If I don't hear back from you, I will assume you're not coming after 15 minutes and I will consider you a no-show, then cancel your appointment, and 100% of your scheduled service price will be charged to you, and this will need to be paid before being able to book with me again. It is important that you try to be on time for your appointment; this allows me to provide my best work to you during your service and remain on time for my next client. --REFUND POLICY: No refunds, no exceptions. -- GUEST POLICY: Please arrive unaccompanied. I respectfully request that you please don't bring small children or babies with you to your appointment, as my priority is to provide you with the best service and results possible in the dedicated time we have scheduled for your appointment. -- YOUR ARRIVAL: Please park in the front of the building alongside Briargate Blvd. I ask that you please remain in your vehicle and text me once you've arrived and I'll let you know when I'm ready for you to come up.(719-287-1176) You may also wait in the waiting room that is provided for guests upstairs.
